Dr. Paul S. Richard is a board-certified neurological surgeon specializing in complex and minimally invasive spine surgery and endovascular neurosurgery. Dr. Richard holds an MD from Tulane University and completed his residency and fellowship in neurosurgery at the University of Pittsburgh.
